Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

  • Requests to cancel items or orders can be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send an email with your order ID and cancellation reason. Ensure the request is made using the email ID associated with the order.
  • If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations are not possible.

Returns

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days post-receipt of your item.
  • For a successful return, the item should remain unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure you have the receipt or purchase proof.
  • Initiate returns by contacting us at contact@rossara.com. If approved, we will share return shipping details and further instructions. Unsolicited returns won’t be accepted.
  • We might decline returns if items show signs of wear, washing, or soiling.
  • There’s no need to return defective products unless advised by our Customer Experience Team. If you receive a defective product, email images to contact@rossara.com for assistance.
  • Combo pack returns must include all items. No partial returns. For manufacturing issues or queries, contact us at contact@rossara.com.
  • We currently lack a reverse pickup service. Please ensure secure packaging for returns to avoid damage or loss. We will cover shipping for defective products, but customers must bear shipping costs for incorrect orders.

Damages and Issues

  • Examine your order upon receipt. Notify us promptly for any defects, damages, or wrong items.

Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for perishables, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us for specific item queries.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Customization

  • Custom t-shirt size issues don’t qualify for refunds or replacements unless we’re at fault.
  • Please consult our size guide before ordering.
  • Custom t-shirt and product colors might differ slightly due to screen resolution variations.

Exchanges

  • To exchange, return your item and make a new purchase after acceptance.
  • Exchanges are limited to items of equivalent price.

Refunds

  • Post return inspection, we’ll inform you about the refund status. Approved refunds will revert to your original payment mode. Refund processing times might vary based on your bank or credit card company.
  • Gift cards/vouchers and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, certain product categories, including masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks, are non-returnable. Rossara reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed to a bank account provided by the customer.
  • Original order’s shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
